** Booking Inquiry Disclaimer/ fee: the booking fee is already factored into the rate. However, if a client inquires about a session and I have a consultant on set session, the client does not finish the booking or has not sent a deposit. A booking fee/inconvenience fee of $60.00 dollars will be added to the next session.
Explanation: it is understood that one has looked at the provided website and has seen my rate. Upon inquiring about a session. I will make all efforts to book and ensure an easy booking. However, if a client for whatever reason does not follow up and the shoot falls through. If the client chooses to book the studio at a later date; the booking Inquiry fee will be applied to their invoice for their second inquiry.
In laymen’s terms, the issuing of the booking fee is a rebooking fee for shoots that haven’t been officially booked..
A 50% deposit is required to book a shoot and or services

** There is a 25 percent increase for 48hr - same-day booking as well as late payments and deposits.
** IMAGES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND SECURED.
The model will receive 2 basic images per look or/ and or per location. A more in-depth image breakdown is sent on the call sheet as well as the post-shoot email.
*DISCOUNTED SESSION MODEL WILL GET 1 EDITED IMAGE PER LOOK.
Additional images are 12.5$
Retouch/Photo Enhancement 16.5 per image.
All unedited footage is 85$
Consultant fee: 125
This fee has to do with creative properties, as well as my curating one’s shoot. Example; advice and opinion on clothing/location. For any advice that is provided to enhance one’s shoot; the consultant fee is applied. As well; as model portfolio building and presentation.
** As well for image Retrieval after two months.
Artist / Promo/ Look Book / Album Cover/ Designer:
285 per hour
This hour rate is only given for shoots/productions that require more than 2.5 hours to complete.
Video and Reels :
$95 per look plus an editing fee : ( this fee is just for labor and time rendered to shoot the footage )
Editing fee: $75 for the reel. 100 for visual/ short film ( this fee is added to the final hourly and labor rate )
COLLECTORS ART PRINTS / PRINTS FOR SALE :
THIS INCLUDES THE PRINTING AND SHIPPING OF THE IMAGE

Travel Rate:
Any shoot that is more than 3 miles from the studio there is a 35% increase on rate to cover transportation
STYLING RATE UPON REQUEST:
85 for the first looks. Every look after that is 65
REBOOKING:
There is a 85-dollar fee for any changes made to a shoot that has already been confirmed. Changes are defined as rebooking ( date change) or cancellation.
Rebookings must be done prior to or on the day of the session in order not to be charged a new rate as well as not to lose the deposit.
** THERE IS NO REBOOKING OR RESCHEDULING FOR TEST SESSION.
*** LATENESS IS NOT TOLERATED ON SET- -
Lateness will affect the amount of time that is allowed for one's session. One will be advised to be prompt and ready. Any arrival after 10 min after call / agreed time is considered late, Session will be canceled regardless of payment.
Late Fee 65 Dollar ( for the session that starts 10 minutes after the assigned time)
** TEST SHOOT/ DISCOUNTED RATED SHOOTS: THE QUOTE WILL EXPIRE ON THE DATE OF THE SHOOT AND WILL BE SUBJECTED TO FULL RATE UPON REBOOKING /DATE CHANGE. MEANING YOU WILL BE GIVEN A NEW RATE WHEN YOU RESCHEDULE. WHATEVER WAS THE TERMS FOR THE PREVIOUS SESSION / SHOOT; WILL NO LONGER APPLY FOR THE NEW SESSION. SO INCLUDING THE REBOOKING FEE, ONE COULD BE SUBJECTED TO BOOKING THE SHOOT AT THE FULL RATE .
**In layman terms: If you miss your discounted session. Another one will not be given. The deposit ( the deposit will be used as a consultant fee) will be kept and the next session will be at the full rate .
